Refund & Return Policy

At Desi By Nature, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering every product. However, due to the consumable nature of our food and wellness items, we follow a strict and transparent refund and return policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged or broken.
  • The product received is incorrect or not what you ordered.
  • The product seal is tampered or broken upon delivery.

Products are not eligible for return if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The issue is related to personal preference, aroma, taste, or appearance.
  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

Any issue with the product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please contact our support team at support@desibynature.in with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

In some cases, we may request additional photos or a short video to better assess the issue.

4. Replacement Policy

After verifying the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the affected item at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or a refund instead.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only after successful verification of the reported issue. Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or card account.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Products without original packaging

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, the order cannot be refunded.
  • In case of missed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery as per their policy.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
