We are not a dairy. We searched for a Gir cow dairy that still churns ghee the traditional bilona way, visited it, tasted it, and sent it to an independent NABL-accredited lab. Only batches that pass get bottled in glass and shipped.
If we cannot taste it, verify it, and trace it, we do not sell it.
