We do not ship outside India yet. Singapore, the UK and the US are under evaluation, with no committed date.
Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.
You get an email with the tracking link the moment the courier scans the parcel in. You can also track any order without signing in, at https://desibynature.in/track, using the order code from your confirmation email.

These are the courier's working estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and festival-season volume all stretch them, and when a parcel of yours is visibly stuck we would rather message you than wait for you to ask.
A2 Gir cow ghee ships free, always — every size, every quantity, every PIN code. There is no minimum on it.
For an order of spices only, shipping is free above ₹999. Below that a flat ₹79 applies, regardless of weight or distance.
On a mixed order, the ghee is excluded from the freight calculation entirely: only the spice subtotal is measured against the ₹999 threshold. The charge, if any, is shown on the checkout page before you pay. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges or COD fees added later.
Most metro and tier-1 PIN codes are served by Delhivery, by surface or air depending on the lane. Remote PIN codes go via Bluedart or India Post Speed Post. We choose the carrier by which one actually delivers reliably to your PIN, not by which is cheapest for us.
Ghee travels in glass, and glass travels badly unless it is packed properly. Each jar is sealed, wrapped, and set in a moulded insert inside a corrugated carton rated for the weight. If a jar still arrives broken, that is our problem to fix — see the returns policy.
COD is available across India where the courier supports it. The checkout tells you if your PIN does not. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers rarely carry change, and a refused delivery over change is a wasted trip for everyone.
Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without contacting us first may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders. We would rather never have to do that.
If tracking has not moved for three working days, or the courier has marked a delivery attempt that never happened, message us on WhatsApp at +91-9112345165 with your order code. We chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you to their call centre.
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered — wrong address, nobody available after three attempts, or a refused COD — we will contact you to either reship it (freight at actual cost) or refund it. Refunds on returned-undelivered prepaid orders are made in full once the parcel is back with us.
