Desi By Nature does not make ghee. We find the best, verify it independently, and put our name on it only when it passes.
We started Desi By Nature because nothing on the supermarket shelf tasted like the food we grew up with. Most ghee is a blend of unknown milk, and a worrying amount is adulterated. We wanted one thing: real A2 Gir cow ghee we could trust enough to feed our own family.
We look for a single Gir cow dairy, never a blend of unknown sources.
We watch how the ghee is made the traditional bilona way, curd-churned, not made from cream.
We require indigenous Gir cow milk, the kind traditional ghee was always made from.
If it does not smell and taste like real ghee should, it does not move forward.
Every batch goes to an independent NABL-accredited laboratory. We test for milk-fat purity, moisture, and adulteration, including the Baudouin test for vanaspati and screening for added vegetable oil. Only batches that pass on the numbers and the aroma get bottled.
We bottle in glass, never plastic. Orders are dispatched fresh, with cash on delivery available across India.
If we cannot taste it, verify it, and trace it, we do not sell it. That is the entire brief.
Desi By Nature is run by a small team at Aaroh Naturals in Pune. We answer our own messages, and if you ever want the lab report for the exact batch you received, just ask us on WhatsApp.
